TL;DR: GoodTime allows you to set the permission level of each of your users to limit the access they have within the tool. This article provides an overview of the access each user will have based on their permission levels as well as how you can set the permission level of your team members.
It is common for the following permission levels to be granted to the recruiting team members:
- Tool admin/Talent Operations/Onboarding Project Team = Super Admin
- Recruiting Coordinator = Admin
- Recruiters = Member
- Business Interviewers = No Permission (these users do not need to schedule)
How-to set the permission level of your team members:
Settings > Team > Select the person you want to give permissions to
Then Scroll to 'Permission' section > Select the appropriate permission level > Click 'Save' in top right corner
