TL;DR: The GoodTime Dashboard will act as your 'home base' when scheduling in GoodTime. From the Dashboard you are able to filter to see all scheduled interviews and the different Status which they may be in. You can also filter the dashboard to see only candidates you have scheduled or perhaps those scheduled by another user.
The following video provides an overview of the GoodTime dashboard:
Who can see the Dashboard?
Any GoodTime user with 'Member' level access or above. Typically this will mean all Recruiters or Recruiting Coordinators will be able to view the dashboard. The Dashboard provides a shared view to all Member level users and above. You are able to filter the Dashboard view to show only candidates or interview status relevant to your own workflows.
The Dashboard View:
The Dashboard will show at a glance:
- Quantity of interviews
- Name of the Candidate
- Status of the interview
- Name of the interview (pulled from the calendar event title sent to the candidate)
- The date the interview is scheduled to occur
- The last date the interview was updated within GoodTime
- The Recruiter and Coordinator associated with the scheduled interview
How To Filter by Users:
By default the Dashboard will show all interviews scheduled in your GoodTime instance. You can filter by your own name or perhaps a different team member to view only the interviews these users have scheduled.
Interview Status:
The following article details the different interview status you will encounter in GoodTime: Interview Status. NOTE: By default GoodTime will 'hide' interviews in the Completed and Cancelled status. These events have not been deleted, but only removed form the dashboard to increase visibility of the other 'active' interview status. To access Completed or Cancelled interviews they simply need to be toggled-on in the status drop-down menu.
Dashboard Search Bar:
You can always use the dashboard's search bar to filter your view by a specific candidate in order to review the interviews that they have been scheduled for.
