TL;DR: GoodTime collects a range of data during your scheduling processes. This data can provide you with some valuable insight into the efficiency and volume of your scheduling by recruiter, across teams (depending upon your tag usage and logic) and across your whole organization!
Depending upon your needs and contract type this data is available to you in various ways. This article outlines the different data and insights options you can access.
Option 1:
- GoodTime Insights Tab
- What does this data tell me?
The Insights tab provides an easy way to see an overview of your scheduling data as it relates to your interviewers and your schedulers. The insights tab is designed to provide easy access to 90% of the data our customers typically want to see. The insights tab will specifically detail the following data:- Recruiting Leaderboard - Who is scheduling what?
- Interviewer Leaderboard - Which of your business interviewers are doing the most?
- Turnaround Time - How efficient is your scheduling team?
- Lead Time - How engaged is your interviewing team?
- Cancellation and Reschedule - What factors are causing reschedules and cancellations?
- Pulse Score - How engaged are your candidates with your interview processes?
- Training Classes - How successful is your interviewer training process?
- How do I access this data?
The GoodTime Insights tab can be found inside the GoodTime tool and can be accessed by anyone in your org with 'Super Admin' permission level in GoodTime.

Option 1a:
- Daily Data .csv Feeds.
Daily Data .csv files are available to customers on GoodTime's Professional or Enterprise product packages and the above insight reports do not provide the data you need, we are also able to deliver a raw data feed via email on a daily basis. NOTE: This data is provided as a predefined data set and it is your responsibility to conduct any necessary filtering or pivoting to arrange this data in a way that supports your unique data queries. Option 2:
- Amazon S3 Bucket
- What does this data tell me?
Literally everything... With an Amazon S3 bucket connection established, you have the keys to your data kingdom and will have free rein to build out any data queries or visualizations you might need. This Amazon S3 bucket option is only available to customers in GoodTime's Enterprise product package. Please speak to your CSM if you would like to explore this data option. - How do I access the Data?
With this option, GoodTime will push a live feed of ALL your scheduling data directly to an Amazon S3 bucket you have created. NOTE: There are some more 'setup' steps required to establish an Amazon S3 bucket and it WILL require the support of your local Data/Business Analytics team to both set up the bucket as well as any associated visualizations or dashboards needed for you to easily view this data.
