Changing your name or email address
GoodTime automatically syncs your information from you company’s GSuite, Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Outlook server. Contact your IT team to change your information and the change will be reflected in GoodTime within 15 minutes
Changing your phone number
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “My Profile” section > Edit your phone number > Click “Save” in top right corner
Uploading a profile photo
Go to Settings > My Account > Click on the trash can icon > Click “Upload Image” > Select the image you would like to use > Click “Save” in top right corner
Changing your time zone
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “Meeting Defaults” section > Type to find your time zone preference > Click “Save” in top right corner
Changing your default availability window
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “Meeting Defaults” section > Choose your availability from the drop down menu > Click “Save” in top right corner
Setting the availability window to default to rolling
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “Meeting Defaults” section > Toggle “Allow availability to roll” on/off > Click “Save” in top right corner
*If this feature is toggled on, your candidate will always see a window of availability starting from the time they open the GoodTime scheduling link.
*If this feature is toggled off, your candidate will see a window of availability starting from when you created the GoodTime link.
Setting a time buffer between your events and GoodTime interviews
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “Meeting Defaults” section > Choose a meeting buffer from the drop down menu > Click “Save” in top right corner
*If you set a time buffer, GoodTime will avoid booking an interview back-to-back with another event on your calendar.
Setting preferred days and time frames to interview
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “My Availability” section > Select the days/times that you prefer to interview on > Click “Save” in top right corner
*You can set different time ranges for different days by clicking “Add another time range”.
Assigning a specific calendar to create interviews on
Go to Settings > My Account > Scroll to “Default Calendar (To create events on)” section > Choose another calendar from the drop down menu > Click “Save” in top right corner
*If a calendar does not show on the drop down menu, make sure it has been added to your internal calendar.
