TL;DR: Experience+ 'AI-Assisted Scorecards' have been built to help improve the speed at which your interviewers can go from interview feedback to submitted scorecard - all thanks to the help of our AI-Assisted scorecard functions.
The AI-Assisted scorecard feature is currently available in a seamless 2-way integration for all our Lever and Workday customers only. For these supported Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), GoodTime is able to use your existing ATS scorecards and deliver them to your interviewers to be completed via the GoodTime Interviewer Portal and the GoodTime AI assisted Scorecard interface.
For all other ATS, you are still able to take advantage of the GoodTime AI Assisted scorecards feature but you would be required to use it in a standalone capacity; That is in a manner that operates externally to your ATS where you would create and deliver custom scorecards directly via GoodTime. All collected interviewer feedback would be housed within GoodTime and would not be pushed into your ATS.

1. Accessing the AI-Assisted Scorecards
GoodTime's AI-Assisted scorecards can be accessed from the 'Scorecard' button found in the top of your Interviewer Portal.
Lever: Due to Lever's 2-way scorecard integration, all Lever users will be able to click on the 'Scorecard' button within the Interviewer Portal an will immediately be able to access a replica of their Lever scorecard that will allow them to offer feedback, use the AI-Summary tools, and directly push their feedback into the candidate's Lever profile.
NOTE: GoodTime is currently working with our ATS partners to deliver a more seamless 2-way scorecard integration to all ATS with the necessary API infrastructure. For ATS that do not support this 2-way scorecard integration we will also be rolling out the ability to conduct end-to-end scorecard management directly within GoodTime.
2. Using the AI-Assisted Scorecards
If a GoodTime AI-Assisted scorecard has been selected during the scheduling workflow (or you are a Lever customer and you have your Interviewer Portal active) your interviewers can access the AI-Assisted scorecards simply by clicking on the 'Scorecard' button in the interview portal.
GoodTime's AI-Assisted scorecards allow your interviewers to:
- Float the scorecard window over their interview window so they do not need to click in-and-out of a separate window to capture their feedback.
- See at a glance the candidate's work history and education to help guide their conversation.
- Provide their feedback directly into the AI-scorecard window without needing to worry about formatting or spelling - it is more important to get their feedback captured while it is top of mind, we can help tidy it up later!
- The AI-Scorecard will continually save in the background through the interview process so there is no risk of your interviewers losing their written feedback.
> Once the interview has concluded, the interviewers can simply click the 'AI-Polish' button to correct any spelling and tidy their formatting as a means of speeding up the time it takes for them to submit their feedback. NOTE: A generative AI model is used here to tidy up your interviewers feedback based on the data they present. It is recommended that your interviewers always conduct a quick review f their AI-polished feedback before submitting to ensure the intent of their feedback has been maintained.
