TL;DR: GoodTime Experience+ is an add-on package available to any of our GoodTime HIRE customers.  Experience+, as the name suggests, is designed to elevate both your candidate and interviewer experience by delivering AI-assisted workflow efficiencies to your hiring team and the ability for Candidate's to more seamlessly engage with your scheduling team.

The Experience+ package consists of three (3x) distinct features as listed here:

Unique to the Experience+ package, the Interviewer portal streamlines your interviewers ability to conduct meaningful and effective interviews by consolidating all their interview 'prep' into one place.

3. AI-Assisted Scorecards

Leverage AI to help your interviewers more efficiently capture and submit their interview feedback in minutes - reducing the time between interview conclusion, and scorecard submission.
