Resending a Candidate Calendar Invite to a Different Email Address

  1. Make sure the new email address is entered in your ATS

  2. Type the candidate’s name in the search bar on the Dashboard and click on their name

  3. In the side panel, use the “Email” drop down menu to select which email you want to resend the confirmation to

  4. Click “Save” in top right corner

  5. Go back to the Dashboard and click on the interview for which you are resending the confirmation

  6. On the side panel that opens, click “Update”. The calendar invite will then be sent to the new email
