Automatic Scheduling & Email Configuration

TL;DR: GoodTime HIRE allows you to automate your scheduling workflows to increase the efficiency of your scheduling process. We do appreciate that there are some scheduling workflows which are more likely to succeed as an 'Automatic' scheduling workflow, and other which may always require human review from a member of your recruiting team.

To help increase the transparency of which scheduling automations might be active on any given interview template of scheduling workflow, the GoodTime UI (User Interface) clearly details the expected automations for any given schedule so that you can validate and if necessary update the email communications a candidate will receive or the scheduling automation you are about to trigger before you reach out to a candidate to schedule an interview.
