GoodTime SAML Connector Upgrade - June 2026
Last updated: July 7, 2026
NOTE: GoodTime SAML Connector Upgrade
As part of GoodTime’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the security, performance, and reliability of our platform, we have recently (June 2026) completed an upgrade to our SAML/SSO authentication infrastructure.
This upgraded SAML connector provides:
Improved authentication speed and reliability
Enhanced security and authentication handling
Access to future SAML and SSO feature enhancements
Better long-term supportability and scalability
All new GoodTime customers are now being onboarded using this upgraded authentication connector. As part of this transition, we plan to fully deprecate and discontinue support for the legacy SAML connector after June 30, 2026. If you use a SSO provider and you DO NOT upgrade your SAML connector you will not receive access to future SAML and SSO feature enhancements - Our legacy connector will also no longer be maintained.
To ensure uninterrupted SSO access and continued compatibility with future GoodTime authentication updates, we ask that all customers migrate their existing GoodTime SAML integration to the new connector using the instructions listed below
The update process is straightforward and can typically be completed quickly by your IT or Identity Management team.
