Candidate Calendar invites for interviews with gaps show as single blocked time

When you schedule multiple interviews for a candidate on the same day with gaps between them, the candidate will receive a single calendar invite that blocks the entire time span from the first interview to the last interview.

For example, if you schedule:

• Interview #1 at 9:00 AM

• Interview #2 at 3:00 PM

The candidate's calendar invite will show as a single 6-hour block from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, even though there is a gap between the interviews.

Why does this happen?

This is the expected behavior in GoodTime. The platform creates a single calendar event that encompasses all interviews scheduled for the candidate on that day, regardless of any time gaps between individual interview sessions.
