Introducing two new features designed to improve how you track roundups and manage high-priority candidates. These updates will streamline your processes and provide clearer insights into your scheduling and prioritization needs.
Roundup Needed:
This update will allow recruiters to easily identify if a roundup is needed when adding the candidate to the queue.
Recruiting coordinators will now have a clear visual cue to help them easily identify whether a roundup is needed, and if it's pending or scheduled.
If a roundup is required, we will add a roundup indicator on the interview as a visual cue.
- Grey Icon: Indicates that a roundup is required, but has not yet been scheduled.
- Purple Icon: Shows that the roundup has been scheduled.
Candidate Priority Reasons:
This new feature allows users to specify and document the reasons for a candidate’s high-priority status, helping to better prioritize and address critical scheduling needs.
- When marking a candidate as high priority, you can now select a reason to share with the RC:
- Candidate Competing Offer
- Candidate Competing Interviews
- Upcoming Candidate Out of Office
- Upcoming Interviewer Out of Office
