Overview

When a candidate is queued for the first time, GoodTime stores the answers entered by the recruiter in the Scheduling Form Notes.

Expected Behavior

• GoodTime will auto-fill scheduling form questions using previously submitted answers

• The system will learn and improve suggestions over time based on past inputs

• This helps reduce repetitive manual entry for recruiters

Edge Cases

• If a new question is added, removed, or order is changed to the Scheduling Form Notes, auto-fill will not trigger for that question
