GoodTime offers 3 different product offerings to support your scheduling needs: Hire, Autopilot, and Meet.
The following article provides an overview of GoodTime's different products and how they may best be used to support your needs. Please note, while GoodTime Hire and GoodTime Autopilot can be used independently, it is most common for users of GoodTime Hire to expand into using both GoodTime Hire and Autopilot to support their growing range of scheduling needs. GoodTime Meet is a standalone tool that can be used within a recruiting team or more broadly across your organization to book meetings with internal team members or external guests (who are not necessarily candidates).
GoodTime Hire
Overview: GoodTime Hire has been built to support the scheduling needs of all sizes of recruiting teams. Seamlessly integrating with your ATS, GoodTime Hire can streamline your candidate availability collection and automate interview scheduling (even over multiple days). Supporting both simple and complex (multi-interviewer and multi-day) scheduling, GoodTime Hire can be customized to support most all scheduling needs AND provide you comprehensive data tracking of your recruiting processes.
Audience: GoodTime Hire is designed to support Recruiting Teams (Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations).
ATS Integration: GoodTime Hire integrates directly with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline scheduling with your existing candidates. GoodTime currently integrates with 7 of the recruiting industries leading ATS. See GoodTime Integrations.
Packaging and Features: The GoodTime Hire product has three different package options "Starter", "Professional" and "Enterprise". These packages are primarily differentiated by the number of Tags, Templates, and Training Paths as well as the features available to each Hire package.

GoodTime Autopilot
Overview: GoodTime Autopilot is a separate GoodTime product that is specifically designed to support more unique and high-volume scheduling processes. GoodTime Autopilot can be used on its own or in conjunction with the GoodTime Hire product. Discounts apply if using both products together. Key features of the GoodTime Autopilot tool are the ability to:
- Engage Candidates via SMS/Text Messaging and WhatsApp.
- Reach out to candidates in bulk, to streamline high-volume hiring.
- Build workflow automation to streamline scheduling.
- Allow for candidate screening and knock-out questions as a prerequisite to auto-scheduling.
- Engage candidates whether they exist in your ATS as a candidate or not (perfect for sourcing).
- Build recruiting engagement drip campaigns.
- 'Superday' recruitment event scheduling (Professional and Enterprise packages only).
Audience: GoodTime Autopilot is designed to best support Full-Cycle recruiters, Sourcing teams, Intern or Campus hiring teams, High Volume, retail/manufacturing/hospitality/ healthcare hiring Teams as well as any 'standard' recruiting teams who want to take advantage of these unique features to better engage and delight their unique candidate audiences.
ATS Integration: GoodTime Autopilot currently integrates fully with Workday and Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems. Without an ATS integration, Autopilot provides limited ability to text message candidates, create static scheduling links, and conduct limited scheduling (candidate details will need to be added manually and scheduled interviews will not push back to the ATS).
Packaging and Features: The GoodTime Autopilot product has four different package options. There is a "Free" package that allows customers to use Autopilot features in a limited capacity and three paid packages; "Starter", "Professional" and "Enterprise". These packages are differentiated by the quantity of Text Messages each user is able to send as well as the features available to each Autopilot package.
