Hired Assessments (Py) + GoodTime Integration Guide

TL;DR: This guide is a step-by-step process on how to integrate Hired Assessments with GoodTime. This guide requires the Hired Assessments IT administrator to have or create a company account to generate the company-wide access token from Hired Assessments, which gives GoodTime the ability to interact with Hired Assessments.

 

Hired Assessments (Py) Access Token for GoodTime

  1. Go to https://assessments.hired.com/client/candidates in your web browser (If you are not already logged in, login)



  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations, find GoodTime, and Copy the Token.

 

  1. Go to GoodTime Company Settings https://a.goodtime.io/dashboard/settings/company and scroll down to COLLABORATIVE CODING SERVICE INTEGRATION

 

  1. Select Py as the Collaborative Coding Service type

 

  1. Paste copied API key into the “API Key” field

 

  1. Press “Save” at the top right side of the page and you are done. Congrats!

  2. Create an interview with the $Interview.Py.Link or $Event.Py.Link variable in GoodTime and your interview will be synced with Hired Assessments
