GoodTime offers 2 different product offerings, and three upgrade modules to support your scheduling needs:

GoodTime HIRE, which can be upgraded by the addition of:
   > Agent+ (employ AI Agents to streamline recruiting administration & engage your candidates while also adding SMS/WhatsApp recruiting functionality and add workflow automation),

> Experience+ (elevate candidate experience & enhance your interviewers workflows with AI),

> Advanced Data Package (Receive a direct data feed from GoodTime of all your scheduling actions to feed your own BI / Data Visualization tools)

The remainder of this article provides a more detailed overview of GoodTime's different product offerings and how they may best be used to support your needs.  Please note, while GoodTime HIRE can be used on its own to support a wide range of recruiting processes, GoodTime HIRE can also be used in conjunction with our additional 'Add On' modules to further enhance your scheduling processes. GoodTime MEET is a standalone tool that can be used within a recruiting team or more broadly across your organization to book meetings with internal team members or external guests (who are not necessarily candidates).

TL;DR: Agent+ is GoodTime's newest add-on module and it leverages the power of AI to further automate your scheduling workflows. With our Recruiter AI Agent we allow for automated resume screening and our soon to ship Candidate AI Agent will provide natural language touchpoints to support your candidates queries and scheduling 24/7. The Agent+ module also includes unique scheduling features suited for discreet scheduling workflows such as URL reach out links to streamline your sourcing workflows, the ability to engage candidates via SMS/WhatsApp throughout the scheduling workflow, and the ability to schedule large scale 'Superday' interview events for multiple candidates at once



Who is this for?
The Agent+ package can be used by your whole team, but we expect Full-Cycle or High Volume recruiting team may find the most value in the AI automation and SMS/WhatsApp communication channels this module provides.

Sourcers / Full-Cycle Recruiters: will find value in the Scheduling Links feature that allows scheduling prospects via a link that connects to a specific role in your ATS.

High Volume / Early Talent Teams : will find value in the Superdays feature which allows you to automate the scheduling workflow for hiring events, where you typically have pre-defined interviewers and look to interview 100s of candidates over a set period of time.

TL;DR: Experience+, as the name suggests, is intentionally designed to level-up the interviewing experience for both your candidates AND your internal interviewing team.  Providing access to both an enhanced Candidate and Interviewer portal, Experience+ also leverages AI to more efficiently summarize candidate resumes and job description to best prepare your interviewers to meet with you candidates in just minutes!

Who is this for?
The Experience+ will mostly benefit your business interviewers and your candidates - helping ensure both of these parties are best prepared for when they meet for their scheduled interview.

Advanced Data

In addition to the powerful analytics available in the GoodTime Insights tab, GoodTime can also securely deliver your raw scheduling data directly to an Amazon S3 bucket. This gives your Data or Business Intelligence team the flexibility to build fully customized reports, dashboards, and analyses using the tools they already rely on. With direct S3 delivery, you gain fast, secure, and scalable access to your GoodTime scheduling data—empowering deeper insights and more advanced reporting capabilities. This premium data integration is available as part of GoodTime’s Advanced Data Package.

 


GoodTime MEET

Overview: GoodTime Meet is a standalone product that is designed to support quick and seamless scheduling with non-candidates via URL-based booking links.  Allowing for the same streamlined self-scheduling workflows and the ability to share the same amazing employer branding our other tools provide, GoodTime Meet allows you to efficiently engage and book meetings with anyone!

Audience: GoodTime Meet can be used by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR/People teams to book meetings with either internal or external contacts via a simple URL-based booking link.  Within a recruiting team, GoodTime Meet is perfect for sourcing candidates or booking reference calls. Many small recruiting teams can operate fully via GoodTime Meet if they do not have an ATS or do not require their interview schedules to sync back to an ATS.

Integrations: GoodTime Meet does not integrate with any ATS.  It integrates fully with Google and O365 Calendars as well as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet video services.

Packaging and Features:   The GoodTime Meet product has three different package options; FREE!, "Premium" and "Enterprise".  The GoodTime Meet product packages are all hyper-affordable and allow for either individuals or teams to streamline their meeting scheduling via customized URL booking links.  Paid Meet accounts allow for all the functionality of the FREE version plus additional features such as round-robin and event booking links, team landing pages, lead routing, and analytics aimed at streamlining your individual or team-wide booking processes.
