This handoff between recruiters and RCs helps improve efficiency by prioritizing requests, balancing workloads, and tracking data effectively, especially when dealing with high volumes.

While some teams rely on third-party ticketing systems to manage this process, GoodTime offers a more streamlined approach native to the GoodTime platform.

• Can I conduct limited testing / roll-out this update to my team a few users at a time?
  
  
  • Unfortunately no. As this update is built as a Google Chrome Extension we are bound by Googles processes and are only able to release it as a single update to our Chrome extension.
    
    Please rest assured that this update is additive and does not remove your team's ability to continue to use the 'Open in GoodTime' button that they are familiar with.  
• What functions will be supported by the new extension?
  • Queue: Queueing will be the first workflow available via the extension. This will include the ability to add a scheduling hand-off form, assign to a coordination group, and add any notes.
  • Review: Recruiters can also open the GoodTime Chrome Extension form any candidate profile in order to peek into GoodTime and review the scheduling status of their candidate.
  • Message: The updated GoodTime Chrome Extension allows for users to message candidates directly from the ATS via SMS, Whatsapp, or the Candiate Portal (if this functionality is supported and enabled).  Any messages sent to the candidate via the Chrome Extension will also be synced back to the GoodTime Candiate Inbox.
    
    Coming Soon is the ability for the Request Availability and Schedule Now workflows to be conducted from the GoodTime Chrome Extension also
