Pill colors
Purple: indicates no conflict
Yellow: indicates a potential conflict with the interviewer’s schedule
Red: indicates a hard conflict with the interviewer’s schedule
Transparent: indicates the interviewer is optional
In the Request Availability flow, the candidate will not be shown options where the interviewer is Red or Yellow. You can toggle on “Allow Candidate to Suggest Times” if you want the candidate to suggest times, even during conflicts.
In the Schedule Now flow, the recruiter/coordinator have the ability to schedule over a Yellow or Red pill
