New Interviewer & Trainee Confirmation Email 

  • Refreshed confirmation email to Interviewers & Trainees with easier to read layout, training progress and link to Interviewer Portal.  Build and deliver a completely customized interviewer training experience to keep your trainees engaged and up-to-date with their progress.

🔁 Auto-Replace Declined Interviewers:

A powerful update to our 'Auto-Replace Declined Interviewers' feature allows for users to customize the time at which this feature will stop attempting the auto-replace...  also, this auto-replace algorithm is now more skilled at identifying a replacement interviewer - and we won't stop till we find one! 

 

  • Adjust auto-replace window at the company (Settings → Interview Settings) or template (Interview Template → Select Template → Template Settings) level

  • New auto-replace email for increased visibility/reasons why not auto-replaced

📅 Interviewer Calendar Availability Updates

An additional update to our recent Calendar Availability & Capacity Planning feature now provides users with greater insights into your interviewers calendars (and the potential blockers they have)

  • See calendar % free space and directly click into calendars

  • Set desired Calendar Open Space range (How far in advance to look when calculating calendar open space for users, tags, and interview templates)

👎 Decline Reasons Free Text:

Understanding your interviewer decline reasons is now even easier to achieve with the introduction of AI Summary of Decline Reasons. If one of the predefined declined categories does not suit, your users can now select "Other" and offer a free-text reason for the decline.  GoodTime's AI will then review and collate all free text decline reasons into grouped categories (so you don't have to) and help you identify themes to the declines you are experiencing.

⚖️ Interview Load Balancing Insight Report

Building upon or recent Utilize Calendar Availability & Capacity Planning update, the new Interview Load Balance Insight Report brings these key insights together is a single-pane view that allows you to see on a week-over-week head-map view which of your interviewers are conducting the most interviewers and who might be serial decliners.

✅ Auto-Confirm Hold Interviews Once Accepted

A small but powerful update; interviews on HOLD can be automatically confirmed once all required interviewers accept the invite.
