3rd 🎁 | AI Bias Audit Report: For customers using the GoodTime Job Pipeline feature (and on the WD or GH ATS) you can not take advantage of the GoodTime AI Bias report in your GoodTime Insights tab. This report references your candidates voluntary offered demographic data to offer a summary of the different dimensions of diversity across your candiate pool. One of the key values of this report if to ensure you use of the GoodTime AI resume screening feature remains compliant with laws such as NY LL144 and emerging EU AI regulations. |
15th 🧪 | GoodTime MCP Server: Coming Soon! GoodTime is in the process of finalizing the development of our MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server that will allow you to connect your Claude or GPT AI agent directly with your GoodTime data. Through GoodTime's MCP server you can use you AI Agent to query all of your GoodTime scheduling data in natural language. |
15th 🎁 | GoodTime's New ATS Integration with Ashby 🎉 GoodTime is pleased to announce that we have recently launched a new integration with the Ashby Applicant Tracking System. If you are thinking of moving to Ashby, you can now take GoodTime with you and continue to take advantage of our ability to scheduling complex interviews.
