TL;DR: If you have submitted a support request to GoodTime's Support team and you are looking for an update on the status of this ticket you simply need to login at the following customer portal link:
At the above link you able to see the status of any support tickets you have submitted to GoodTime as well as add any additional context or attachments to a ticket to assist GoodTime's Support Engineering in resolving your ticket.
If you are a Team or Operations lead and you wish to see all tickets submitted by all users from your organization, please speak to your CSM to have your support portal permissions upgraded to Admin level.
