TL;DR: GoodTime allows for you to showcase your unique employer brand throughout the scheduling process. Through the use of Brand Themes you can engage candidates with reach out emails that reflect your company logo and brand colors as well as a Request Availability process that can be further tailored to reflect your unique business units.
Setup Overview:
We recommend establishing at least 1 'Brand Theme' within your GoodTime account that is tailored to your organization and can be used as a default option for all of your scheduling. This default brand theme would typically showcase your overall company identity. We recommend selecting photos that represent your company culture, diversity and/or what your unique remote-first or hybrid work culture looks like. If you don't have photos available, we recommend speaking to your Marketing or Design teams to request appropriate images to use.
To setup a Brand Theme follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Brand Themes.
NOTE: Brand Themes are only accessible to Super Admin users. - Click the 'New Brand Theme' button in the top right of the page.
- Name your Brand Theme so you can easily identify it when linking it to an Interview Template.
- Complete the 'Greeting line 1' and 'Greeting Line 2' as well as 'About Company'.
NOTE: We recommend including the ($Candidate.FirstName) variable to add personalization. - Using a #Hex color code you can personalize the highlight color of your Brand Theme.
- Upload the Brand Logo that you wish to be associated with this Brand Theme.
- This log should be at least 100 x 100 pixels.
- We recommend using a logo image with a transparent background.
- This Brand Logo will appear within the Candidate Facing Request Availability workflow and all emails triggered by the linked Interview Template. - Add some invitation background images to showcase your employer brand.
- We recommend using 3x different images to show different aspects of your employer brand.
- Background images should be at least 1000 x 1000 pixels and we recommed using an image that is wider than it is tall.
- At a minimum we require at least 1x image to be shown throughout the Request Availability process (we include a default image until you can replace it with your own). - Once your Brand Theme has been created navigate to Settings > Scheduling Templates > Interview Templates and search by name for the scheduling template you would like to link your brand theme to.
- You can link a Brand Theme to either Base or Interview templates.
- We recommend creating and lining your default brand theme that showcases your overall employer brand at the Base template level.
- Should you wish to create custom Brand Themes for specific teams, roles, or subsidiaries we recommend linking these at the Interview Template level (unless you have created a team, role or subsidiary specific Base template).
