TL;DR: GoodTime always recommends adding a feedback form/scorecard as part of your scheduling workflow. Adding a feedback form not only streamlines the interview process for your interviews (by providing them a shortcut to the relevant feedback from directly in their calendar event) but it also assists GoodTime in accurately syncing your scheduled events back to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

If you need to update or add a feedback form after you have already scheduled an event you can easily do this via the following steps:

Search for and click on the interview in your Dashboard.

In the side panel, scroll down to the “Events” section. Find the specific interview event you want to edit.

Click on the pencil icon to edit the interview event.

Under “Feedback Form”, select the preferred feedback form.

Click “Done Editing”.

Click “Update” in the top left corner.

You will be asked if you want to notify attendees of the change. Toggle on or off.
