Search for and click on the interview in your Dashboard

In the side panel, scroll to the bottom. You will see a red box that says “Canceling This Interview”.

Click on “Cancel Interview”.

Type CANCEL in the text box and toggle on/off the option to send cancellations to the candidate and interviewers.

Click “Confirm”.
Canceling an Interview in PENDING REVIEW and PENDING CANDIDATE RESPONSE status
Since calendar invites haven't been created for those in Pending Review and Pending Candidate Response, we can safely cancel them without notifying the candidate.
Canceling an Interview in CONFIRMED status
Depending on your calendar provider, you have an option to notify certain parties:

Google: You have the option to notify your Candidate and/or Interviewers. Once you type CANCEL and click CONFIRM, the parties you have selected will be notified and the invite will be removed from the calendar.

O365: You would just need to type CANCEL and click CONFIRM. All parties will be notified and with the option to “remove from calendar”.
