Email Setup - CNAME entries to be added to your DNS records

As part of the GoodTime set-up process, please share the following information with your IT Team asking them to add CNAME entries to your DNS records so that GoodTime can email candidates on your behalf using your company domain.

The talent team is using GoodTime (www.goodtime.io) to help automate interview scheduling.

GoodTime allows users to email our candidates directly from the GoodTime platform.

As a result of recent security changes from Gmail and Yahoo, we must ensure that our email domain is properly authenticated through GoodTime so that our emails do not land in recipients' spam folders.

In order for GoodTime to effectively deliver emails to candidates on our behalf, we are required to add CNAME entries to our DNS records.  Can you please follow the steps listed below to achieve this:

1. Make a copy of the DNS entries below, replacing 'COMPANYDOMAIN' highlighted in yellow with our company's domain (i.e. acme.com)
2. Add all entries to our DNS

3. Once the records are added and have been propagated, please contact me so I can verify the integration with our GoodTime Customer Success Manager.
