24th 🎁	GoodTime Insight reports, when downloaded as a .csv, now include details of the associated 'Job ID' to allow for more accurate tracking of roles that may be listed under different external job titles.
24th 🧪	GoodTime Chrome Extension - Request Availability. Yes... you read that right! We have recently launched a major update the to the GoodTime Chrome Extension that allows for users to trigger the Request Availability workflow from within the GoodTime Chrome Extension... That means you can reach out to a candiate to Request their availability without ever leaving your ATS! Key benefits of this GoodTime Chrome Extension update are: All scheduling info in one place (Review candidate details (name, email, phone number) and current job application and stage within the Chrome Extension) Request Availability Assign Feedback Form Preview Calendar Assigning recruiting team/making changes You can turn this on by going to Settings → Early Access → Toggle On (for company) or enter user names → Save. Note: In some cases, you may need to unplug and re-install plug-in. 24th 🧪	🎨 Early Access: RTE for Email Templates As previously mentioned, our new 'Rich Text Editor' is ready to roll-out to all candidate facing email communications. You can trial this feature before it rolls-out to all customer via your GoodTime Early Access tab. Change heading styles; Control font colours; Indent and Align options; Strikethrough, underline, and bold options; Embed photos
19th 🔧	Require Review Automations Soon to be launched to all customers is a key update to the 'Require Review' setting that will allow for you to automate placing an interview on 'Hold' once a candidate provides their availability. If you have workflows that use the 'Hold' functionality, this update helps to remove clicks from your workflows and further improve your scheduling efficiency. New Require Review Automation steps are as follow: Request Availability to Hold with Email: Based on the candidate availability, we will automatically schedule your interviewers, move the interview to the 'Hold' and notify the candidate via email that their interview schedule is pending. If Automatically confirm Hold interviews when everyone has accepted is ON: once interviewers accept, auto moved to confirmed and candidate receives email/confirmation. Request Availability to Hold without Email: Exactly the same as option above,. but the candidate is not notified of their pending interview schedule. If Automatically confirm Hold interviews when everyone has accepted is ON: Once interviewers accept, auto moved to confirmed and candidate receives email/confirmation. 24th 🧪	🍎 Interviewer Training - Enhanced Training Feedback This Interviewer Training update allows for you to sharing Interviewer feedback to the trainee as well as requesting & capture feedback from the Trainee themselves. Please feel free to activate this new feature in the GoodTime Early Access tab ifyou wish to test it prior to general release to all customers.
