🎥 | Are you looking for a recap of all the things we have been building? |
18th 🎁 | Interview Logs (Now in Early Access) This month GoodTime introduced Interview Logs, a new “history” view inside the interview drawer that shows a timestamped audit trail of everything that happens to an interview—creation, queuing, request availability sent, candidate availability received, holds/confirmations, declines, replacements, reschedules, and event changes. Built to improve transparency and collaboration across teams, Interview Logs helps coordinators quickly understand “what happened and why,” reduce miscommunication, and troubleshoot scheduling issues without guesswork. |
18th 🎁 | Hold Email Template Type (Separate Hold vs. Confirmation Messaging) GoodTime launched a new template option that lets you configure a dedicated email template specifically for “Hold” notifications, separate from the final interview confirmation email. This was built to support auto-hold workflows by ensuring candidate communications are accurate at each stage—so candidates receive the right message when an interview is placed on hold and a different message when it’s fully confirmed, reducing confusion and improving experience. |
18th 🎁 | Duplicate Base Templates (Now Available to All Customers) This month GoodTime added the ability to duplicate Base Templates, similar to duplicating interview templates, making it easier to create variations without rebuilding settings from scratch. This small but high-impact update was built in response to frequent customer requests and helps teams standardize configuration, save time, and scale template management more efficiently. ![]() |
18th 🎁 | AI Agent+ Proactive Decline Handling (Early Preview of this upcoming AI Agent+ feature) GoodTime previewed our AI Recruiter Agent (which is currently under development) and is designed to surface issues proactively—such as interviewer declines—so coordinators can see what needs attention, what’s in progress, and what GoodTime has resolved automatically. Using data like qualification, availability, and load limits, the AI Assistant can recommend replacements and, for last-minute declines, proactively message potential interviewers (via Slack now, with Teams/email planned) to confirm coverage—reducing fire drills and dramatically cutting manual coordination time.
