Updated Interview Time Report (Insights)

This month GoodTime revamped the Interview Time Report to load faster, support larger date ranges, and provide richer breakdowns of interview time by interviewer, department, job, and job level, with filtering and scheduled sharing. It was built to help teams understand true interview effort, improve capacity planning, and ensure time spent interviewing aligns with hiring priorities.

Microsoft Teams Chat Integration (Reminders + Group Chat)

GoodTime released into Early Access our Microsoft Teams chat automation, mirroring Slack by sending interviewer reminders to accept/decline invites, attend interviews, and complete scorecards, plus automatically creating an interview-specific Teams chat for all participants. This reduces manual coordinator follow-ups, improves responsiveness and scorecard completion speed, and keeps interview teams aligned (note: decline reasons aren’t available in Teams yet).

Near Real-Time Calendar Availability (Teams + Tags)

Calendar availability now updates near real-time (within minutes), showing each interviewer’s free capacity and rolling up into tag-level availability for upcoming weeks. This was built to speed up scheduling and replacements—especially in large orgs—by quickly identifying who is truly available and supporting better load balancing.

Agent+ Workflow Automation Updates:

NOTE: This updated automation feature is available for customers on Greenhouse or Workday ATS using GoodTime's Agent+ Feature

GoodTime introduced a redesigned Workflow Automations builder with expanded capability, including a more consistent experience across Job Pipeline and Automations. It was built to let teams automate more of the hiring workflow with less manual coordination and more scalable, repeatable processes.

Automations now support conditional logic, allowing actions to run only when specific criteria are met (e.g., based on scorecard outcomes). This was built to create more precise, real-world workflows that speed up decisions while maintaining consistency and reducing manual triage.

GoodTime also added a new automation trigger that fires when all scorecards are complete for a candidate at a stage. This helps teams reduce delays, tighten feedback loops, and move candidates forward faster without coordinators manually checking completeness.

New workflow actions let you set candidate recommendation (Recommended/Review/Not Recommended), move candidates to the next stage based on outcomes, and even cancel roundups when they’re no longer needed. These were built to reduce wasted interviewer time, accelerate pipeline movement, and improve clarity on who needs attention.

Finally, workflow automation messaging now supports outreach via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, with fallback behavior, business-hours controls, and drip campaigns that nudge candidates only if they don’t respond or take action. This was built to reduce candidate drop-off and keep scheduling and communication moving without constant manual follow-up.
