A Special Kind Of Webinar!

Today's product webinar was a very special edition where instead of showcasing new features we reflected on everything we built together in 2025 and share a look at what’s coming in 2026.

2025 wasn’t just about shipping features. It was about raising the bar.

Here we provide you a summary of everything we achieved together in 2025 and what we have in store for 2026

2025's theme = Quality at Scale:

In 2025, we made a deliberate shift: ship with precision, invest in foundational systems, and build for long-term velocity.

Here’s what that looked like by the numbers:

  • 98 total launches (70 primary releases + 28 notable updates)

  • 48 of the top 50 customer-requested features delivered

  • 260+ product research sessions conducted

  • 150+ unique feature requests incorporated

  • Scheduling error rate reduced from 40 to 23 per 100,000 interviews (a 42.5% quality improvement)

We intentionally slowed release velocity by 12.5% — and improved quality dramatically. Why? Because trust compounds. And when the foundation is stronger, innovation accelerates.

What We Delivered in 2025

Our investments in 2025 spanned across the platform:

Smarter Scheduling Automation

We enhanced automatic confirmations, holds, interviewer replacements, real-time availability reporting, and queue balancing — reducing manual coordination and preventing scheduling failures.

Deeper Workflow Automation

We launched a redesigned workflow builder with conditional logic and escalations, enabling teams to automate complex hiring processes with greater control and visibility. Today, workflow automations power over 10% of all interviews scheduled in GoodTime — and that number is growing.

Job Pipeline & AI Evaluation

We expanded stage-based automation and AI-powered candidate evaluations to help teams move top candidates forward faster and more consistently.

AI Agent

We introduced our orchestra of AI actions to assist with application prioritization, candidate Q&A, and decision support — laying the groundwork for more proactive AI in 2026.

Interviewer Training Evolution

Interviewer enablement evolved into a more dynamic, KPI-driven system with readiness tracking and closed-loop feedback.

Expanded Insights & Reporting

We launched new reports on interview time, load balancing, capacity planning, CNPS, and bias — giving teams clearer visibility into where processes slow down and how to improve outcomes.

The Reality of Hiring in 2026

Hiring volume may have decreased — but workload hasn’t.

In fact, applicant volume has surged while TA team sizes have shrunk. That means the workload per hire has increased significantly. At the same time, every hire matters more. Scrutiny is higher. Margins for error are smaller.

We’re also seeing three major trends across TA teams:

  1. AI is no longer optional — it’s expected.

  2. AI agents are emerging — moving beyond tools to digital teammates that own outcomes.

  3. TA Operations is becoming strategic — configuring AI and systems is now core to competitive hiring.

These trends were collected as part of GoodTime's annual Hiring Insights Report and were crucial in shaping our 2026 roadmap.

2026 Vision: Zero-Click, Human-Centric Hiring

Our vision for 2026 is simple:

Let automation handle the repetitive work so humans can focus on judgment, relationships, and candidates.

We call it Zero-Click Hiring.

Here’s where we’re investing:

1. AI Agent Evolution

Our AI orchestra will evolve from AI copilot to proactive digital teammate — coordinating interviews, resolving last-minute conflicts, and reducing fire drills.

During the webinar, we previewed a prototype where the agent:

  • Detects last-minute interviewer declines

  • Reaches out via Slack for replacements

  • Selects the best fit using load balancing logic

  • Automatically reschedules interviews when needed

  • Notifies recruiters in real time

The goal? Fewer interruptions. Faster resolution. Less manual coordination.

2. Enterprise Essentials

We’re strengthening security, access controls, integrations, and system reliability for organizations operating at scale.

3. Interview Intelligence (Coming H2 2026)

Structured recording and transcription to help reduce bias, improve feedback quality, and connect interview insights directly into workflows.

4. Integration Scalability

Continued investment in ATS integrations and ecosystem partnerships to ensure GoodTime fits seamlessly into your tech stack.
