12th 🧪 | ATS Job Permissions Matching: Now in Early Access for customers on the Greenhouse and Workday ATS, GoodTime is able to accurately MATCH the permission settings in your ATS; this means that is a user in your ATS can only see a limited number of roles, they will only see those same roles within GoodTime. NOTE: This feature is in Early Access for WD and GH customers and can be activated by speaking to the team at <early@goodtime.io>. When this feature goes into General Release, it will remain an options setting that you can choose to activate (so GoodTime mirrors your ATS permissions), or not activate which allows GoodTime to remain a shared tool where all of your Recruiting Team has access to see all roles and scheduled interviews. |
18th 🎁 | Request Availability - Minimum Requirement Setting: A much requested update to GoodTime's workflow is the ability to 'force' a candidate to provide a minimum amount of availability when going through the Request Availability workflow. If you activate this feature the default will be to not require candidates to provide a minimum amount of availability, You can then adjust this setting at the company level (which will impact ALL candidates across all roles) , or it can be activated at the Interview Template level where you set a unique minimum amount of availability unique to a specific role. ![]() |
18th 🎁 | Auto Scroll to Business Time Zone: When your organization interviews with candidates from across the globe, it is common that the Request Availability workflow for the candiate may show candidates possible interview options which are outside of their standard 'business hours'. This small UI update is designed to automatically display to the candiate possible interview times that more closely align with their own business hours. NOTE; While it is expected behavior that your interviewers will only ever be scheduled within their allowed business hours; it is common for Candidates to be surfaced interview times that are outside of their own business hours (but within your interviewer's business hours). In situations when the only qualified interviewer is in Sydney Australia (for instance) and your candiate is in Los Angeles your candiate will receive available time slots outside of standard AEST (Sydney) business hours. This update ensures that our default is to display those times which are more 'reasonable'; like 8:00am AEST/15:00pm PST as opposed to listing them chronologically and first displaying 02:00am AEST / 09:00am PST. |
