Handoff Interview Plans: This update to the GoodTime Queue process allows recruiters create structured, standardized interview plans directly inside the Queue workflow and then pass their clearly to the assigned Coordinator as part of the Queue process - without the need to type out interviewer names and minimizing the likelihood of human error.

Automated Queue Load Balancing:

With this recent update GoodTime can now automatically distribute queued interview requests evenly between those people in your "CoordinationGroup" and can optionally assign only within coordinator working hours to prevent off-hours or weekend scheduling mishaps.

CodeSignal Integration Enhancements make it easier than ever to generate Coding Test sessions linked to predefined CodeSignal templates.  Our recent Code-signal update allow you to dynamically access Code-Signal templates during your scheduling flow.

On-The-Fly Training Path Enrollment: Scheduling interviews for trainees often gets disrupted when you discover—mid-flow—that a trainee hasn’t been enrolled in the needed training path. Previously, this meant leaving the scheduling flow, opening the Training Manager, enrolling the trainee manually, and then starting over.  The updated feature allow you to add trainees, and even link new training paths to an interview template mid-schedule.
