Priority Candidate Visibility: Candidates marked as priority now automatically appear at the top of their To Schedule section, separated from other candidates by a divider line for easy visibility.  |

Interview Template Folders & Bulk Action Feature: Administer your GoodTime account more efficiently with the ability to sort your Interview Temples into folders and conduct bulk actions like linking Interviewer Training Paths, adding Interviewer or Candidate prep documents, moving folders or even deleting(archiving) Interview Templates.  |

Candidate Accept Notification: GoodTime's Dashboard will now indicate if your candidate has accepted their calendar invite. We will of course continue to flag if a candidate declines their calendar event as we have always done. The image below shows how candidate accepts will be displayed in the GoodTime dashboard. NOTE: It is worth noting that GoodTime will only ever schedule a candidate based on availability that they provide to your scheduling team. For this reason it is also reasonable to expect that a candidate who does not accept their calendar event will still attend their interview - they did after all indicate that they were free to interview at the time they are scheduled.  |

Google Calendar Integration Update: GoodTime is now able to recognize decline 'Notes' that your interviewers may place directly in their Google Calendar events - This update was made possible as Google has recently released additional calendar endpoints that GoodTime can take advantage of. What does this mean for you? - If your interviewers provide a decline reason in their GCal event, GoodTime will now share this information back to your schedulers within the GoodTime app. - Coming soon; GoodTime will automatically add these collected decline reasons into your Interviewer Decline Reasons Insight Report  |
