TL;DR: The following article provides you with a best practice overview of how to setup and utilize both the GoodTime 'Candidate Pulse' Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS) feature.
Candidate Pulse / cNPS - Setup and Use:
The candidate pulse is a one-click NPS style candidate feedback score. The candidate pulse has been designed to be sent to each candidate immediately after their interview concludes. The candidate pulse is by default activated (or deactivated) at the company level and is designed to deliver quantitative candidate feedback on your interview process into the Candidate Pulse insights report as promptly as possible. The candidate pulse feature is available to all customers
1. Activation: You activate the candidate pulse feature by toggling on the 'Collect Candidate Feedback after Interviews' setting within the 'Basic Interview Settings' section of the 'Interview Settings' tab. Go to Settings > Interview Settings > Basic Interview Settings and toggle on 'Pulse: Collect Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS) after interviews'
2. Setup: There is no setup required to take advantage of the candidate pulse feature other than activating the toggle within the Interview Settings tab.
3. Data Collection Process: When activated the candidate pulse feedback request email will automatically send to all candidates upon the completion of each scheduled interview. The candidate pulse has intentionally been designed as a 'one-click' feedback process to minimize friction and maximize your candidate response rates.
The candidate pulse is also intentionally based upon a standard NPS format to allow for quick and easy identification of those parts of your interview process that trigger promoter, neutral, and detractor responses. The image below demonstrates the format of the once-click candidate pulse feedback request email that your candidates receive (your version will of course be branded to your own company based on your own branding within company settings).
Candidates can also share written feedback about their interview experience (if they wish) and GoodTime will also collect this data and conduct an AI sentiment analysis to provide you with immediate insight into what you 'promoters' and 'Detractors' are saying about your interview process.
4. Data Summary: As soon as GoodTime has collected enough responses to guarantee the anonymity of your candidates the collected data will be displayed within the 'Pulse Score' report of your GoodTime Insights tab. This data can also be filtered based on date range, job title, or department and can also be downloaded as a .csv for further analysis.
AI sentiment analysis can be found in your 'Pulse Feedback' report on your GoodTime Insights tab. This data can also be downloaded as a .csv for further analysis.
