TL;DR: If you have you submitted a support request to GoodTime's Support team and you are looking for an update on the status of this ticket there is a an easy-peasy way to achieve this.
You are able to access details of any tickets you have submitted to GoodTime simply by clicking on your profile picture in the top right of the GoodTime Help Centre. From here you should click on the menu item titled 'My Activities' to see a list of your support requests as well as their current status.
You can also add additional context to a ticket or ask a question about a ticket from this same location.
