TL;DR: This is a step-by-step guide to integrate Jobvite with GoodTime. To integrate you will need admin access on Jobvite and super admin access on GoodTime. This will allow GoodTime’s system access to candidate data as well as the following:
- Sync candidate information between the Jobvite and GoodTime so the candidate information does not have to be re-entered into GoodTime.
- Sync a list of job applications/application stages for each candidate
- Create resume and evaluation form links to share with interviewers so they can be shared on calendar invites to interviewers
- Import recruiter/coordinator assignments for each candidate
Set Up Jobvite Integration
Follow the steps to complete set up for the Jobvite and GoodTime Integration
- Log into GoodTime a.goodtime.io/login
- Go to Settings > Company
- Scroll down to ATS Type and select “Jobvite” from the dropdown menu
- Enter your API Key, API Secret, Encrypted Company ID and User Email (of a Jobvite admin)a. You can get this information from your Jobvite Customer Success Manager

c. If the Jobvite admin changes, it could break the sync with Jobvite. Please update after hours and coordinate with Jobvite to ensure smooth transition and syncs.
