TL;DR: Whenever a candidate meets with members of your interviewing team GoodTime refers to this an "interview". In the case where the candidate meets with multiple interviewers, one after the other, we refer to these individual meetings as an interview "event".
When there is the need to reschedule just one portion of an interview, that is one single "event", GoodTime provides you with multiple ways to achieve this. When your candidate has been notified of their upcoming interview, we always recommend attempting to rescheduling individual events that cannot occur rather than rescheduling the whole interview. Rescheduling individual events is often better for candidate experience than canceling and rescheduling the whole interview. The following video and article provides instructions on how to reschedule individual "events" of a larger interview.
🎥 Please watch the following video for a demonstration of how to reschedule events:

Frequently Asked Questions:
- When will the feature be available in full access?
The feature is available in Early access right now (20 Nov 2024) and will move to full access next week. - If an event is rescheduled can we resend a new Confirmation Email?
Not at this time. Interviewers and Candidates will receive a notification from the calendar that the event has been updated (unless you choose to mute this calendar notification). We are currently exploring the ability to trigger an updated Confirmation email to capture the details of the updated interview. Please feel free to submit a feature request to add your suggestions of this feature. - Will the rescheduled event be marked as "Day 2" if you move it to a new day?
Yes. If you reschedule an event form Day 1 to Day 2 it will now be captured on your dashboard as a Day 2 event. If you move it from Day 2 to a new day we would capture it as Day 3 etc. Additionally, if you reschedule an event to join an existing interview it will then be considered as part of that day's interview events. - What will the change look like to the candidate?
The Candidate will receive an email from their calendar detailing the updated event details. Their calendar event will also automatically update to reflect these changes. - Will interviewers be notified of the reschedule?
Yes. Interviewers will receive an update email from their calendar of update. If you chose to include a "Reschedule Reason" as part of the reschedule then this context will also be shared back to the interviewers impacted by this reschedule. - Will a new Zoom/Video link be created when you reschedule an event?
If you move event from day 1 to and existing interview on day 2, the rescheduled event will inherit the existing Zoom/Video link that is already associated with the day 2 interview. If you move an event from day 1 to a completely new day (i.e. it is the only event scheduled on that new day for that candidate) a new Zoom/video link will be created for this new interview. - Can I provide feedback on the feature?
Yes, please participate in discovery calls and submit feature requests through the product board.
