TL;DR:
After much customer consultation and product research, GoodTime has just released our 'Job Pipeline' dashboard as part of our Agent+ package. The Job Pipeline dashboard leverages Agentic AI to help automate key areas of your recruitment pipeline and provide members of your scheduling team a single-pane view of any active role.

The Job Pipeline in GoodTime has been enhanced with powerful AI-driven tools to help recruiting teams operate more efficiently—especially in today’s hiring landscape where application volumes are rising, and recruiting teams are being asked to do more with less.
This guide walks you through the latest updates to the Job Pipeline, how it helps automate candidate evaluation, and how AI can drive scheduling workflows—all in real time.
Why We Built It
Recruiting teams are often facing two challenges:
1) Smaller teams with increasing demands
2) A significant rise in application volume per job
These factors can create bottlenecks that negatively impact candidate experience and increase recruiter workload. The Job Pipeline was enhanced to help solve these pain points through automation and AI support.
Key Features of the Job Pipeline
1. AI-Powered Job Requirement Extraction
As soon as a job is created or posted:
-
GoodTime’s AI scans the public-facing job description.
-
It extracts and categorizes the job requirements into three key buckets:
-
Required: Deal-breakers. If the candidate doesn’t meet these, they’re not a match.
-
Preferred: Ideal qualifications, but with some flexibility.
-
Nice-to-Have: Additional attributes that enhance a candidate’s fit.
-
You can manually edit or adjust the criteria that dictate how a candidate is categorized into the above buckets.
2. Automated AI Candidate Matching
-
Each incoming applicant is automatically evaluated in real time.
-
Candidates are scored and sorted in the pipeline based on how well they match the job requirements.
-
Highly-matched candidates appear at the top of your list.
-
Candidates with low matches appear at the bottom—allowing recruiters to quickly respond or disqualify in batches.
3. AI-Based Auto-Advancement
You can configure your pipeline to automatically move top candidates to the next stage:
-
Automatically progresses highly rated candidates without manual intervention.
-
Optional settings include:
-
Business hour limitations (e.g., Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
-
Delays before advancing (e.g., wait 24 hours after application)
-
4. AI-Driven Scheduling Outreach
GoodTime’s AI can take action when a candidate reaches a certain pipeline stage:
-
Send a message (via email or text) to collect availability or schedule interviews.
- NOTE: USe of GoodTime's Texting feature does require access to the Autopilot+ feature.
-
Use custom templates for outreach.
-
Optionally include fallback rules (e.g., if a candidate opts out of texting, send an email instead).
-
Business hours and scheduling delays can be configured.

Example in Action
When a candidate applies:
-
The AI evaluates them instantly.
-
If they are a strong match:
-
They’re moved to the next stage.
-
They receive a message (text/email) with a scheduling link.
-
They self-schedule their interview—all without manual recruiter involvement.
-
Candidates who don’t meet the requirements can be identified and responded to quickly, helping close the loop and maintain a positive candidate experience.
