1. Built-in Candidate Feedback Collection

If you are already using GoodTime's Candidate Pulse and Survey feature to measure candidate engagement in your recruiting process, our Advanced Candidate Portal enables you to gather valuable insights from candidates at every stage of the interview process. With this feature, you can measure candidate satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and refine your hiring process to attract top talent.
How it Works
Candidate Survey Collection allows candidates to provide feedback directly within the portal, supplementing email notifications. This seamless integration has shown remarkable results, with candidates twice as likely to provide feedback when given the option to do so within the portal as well as via email. You can collect pulse scores and additional survey feedback at the end of each interview stage, providing a comprehensive view of the candidate experience.
Getting Started
To activate Candidate Survey Collection, simply toggle on the 'Collect Candidate Feedback' option in your Interview Settings. This feature is available to all customers using GoodTime's Candiate Pulse and Survey feature together with our Advanced Candidate Portal. You can view collected Candiate feedback data on the Insights page, gaining valuable insights into your candidate's experience of your recruiting process.
2. Candidate Messaging
Our new Candidate Messaging feature streamlines communication between candidates and recruiting teams, enhancing the overall candidate experience. This feature addresses common challenges such as delayed responses and confusion caused by multiple stakeholders involved in the hiring process. By enabling the Candidate Messaging feature, candidates can send messages directly t your hiring team and candidates can receive timely answers to their questions.
How it Works:
Candidates can send messages, questions, and notes directly within their portal, which are then received by the recruiting team through the GoodTime 'Candidate Inbox' as well as via email notification. GoodTime's shared 'Candidate Inbox' allows multiple team members to collaborate on responses, ensuring prompt and accurate information is shared with candidates. The shared inbox provides visibility into all candidate interactions, making it easy to manage conversations across multiple candidates and time zones.
Getting Started:
To start using Candidate Messaging, simply enable the feature in your portal settings by activating the 'Show Messenger' toggle. Once activated, candidates will see a messaging option within their portal, and recruiters will receive notifications via the shared inbox in GoodTime or via email notification. When the recruiting team replies to a Candiate Portal message the candidate will receive their response in the portal as well as via email. With Candidate Messaging, recruiting teams can improve communication efficiency, reduce delays, and provide a better experience for candidates.
