Experience+, as the name suggests, is designed to elevate both your candidate and interviewer experience by delivering AI-assisted workflow efficiencies to your hiring team and the ability for Candiate's to more seamlessly engage with your scheduling team.

Experience+ Features:
The Experience+ package consists of three (3x) distinct features as listed here:
1. Advanced Candidate Portal
> This is an 'upgraded' version of the Candidate Portal all HIRE customers currently have access to, and it now includes the ability for candiate to directly message your team and offer feedback.
2. Interviewer Portal
> Unique to the Experience+ package, the Interviewer portal streamlines your interviewers ability to conduct meaningful and effective interviews by consolidating all their interview 'prep' into one place.
> Leverage AI to help your interviewers more efficiently capture and submit their interview feedback in minutes - reducing the time between interview conclusion, and scorecard submission.
