GoodTime Error Guidance is active in all GoodTime user accounts and in most cases it will be invisible to you as the end user. When the GoodTime system identifies a potential issue with the schedule you are proposing (typically when your template or interviewer settings might limit your search results), an error guidance message will appear within your scheduling workflow.

The GoodTime Error Guidance feature is always active within your GoodTime account. To use this feature you simply need to review the content of any error guidance message and, if relevant, act on the suggestion it provides to improve your GoodTime search results.
