IMPORTANT: Ensure your email domain is authenticated through GoodTime
Gmail and Yahoo are enhancing email security by introducing new requirements for bulk senders, aimed at reducing spam and ensuring sender authentication. These measures aim to improve email hygiene and enhance user experience, and affect all bulk email senders, regardless of what platform they are sending emails through.
As a result, GoodTime customers must ensure their email domain is properly authenticated through GoodTime to ensure their emails don’t land in recipients’ spam folders.
📎 NOTE: Accounts that have previously set up CNAME record authentication via GoodTime are already adhering to the best practices suggested by Google and Yahoo, no action therefore is required. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out to your CSM to verify your authentication status. |
If you have not yet set up CNAME record authentication through GoodTime, please share this link with your organization’s IT administrator so they can configure the correct settings and avoid any disruptions in email deliverability.
