TL;DR: To better support the scheduling administration of larger organizations, GoodTime allows you to bulk upload, create, and remove tags from your GoodTime HIRE account as well as bulk upload team member titles and LinkedIn URLs.
Attention! Please note that to access the bulk Tag Upload, Create, and Remove feature you need to have Super Admin permissions within your GoodTime account. Please also note that "with great power comes great responsibility" 🕷️. Incorrectly removing active tags or uploading tags to the incorrect users will disrupt your established scheduling workflows. We recommend that Super Admins read this article and conduct a small 'test' upload/removal/creation tag workflow before conducting a larger upload.
Where do I go to Bulk Upload Tag and User data?

What do I need to know about the Bulk Upload feature?

- Upload Tags:
1. To upload tags in bulk you must first add the tag data you wish to upload into a .csv file.
1a. The upload .csv should use the following format to upload successfully.
2. Upload/Drag and drop your .csv in order to start the upload process.
2a. You will be asked to map the tag upload data to commence the upload process.
3. Your data will be verified for upload and you will receive a notification of any issues.
4. You will receive a summary email once your upload has been completed.
NOTE: To upload a NEW type of tag it must first have been created within your account.
- Create Tags & Assign Tag Types:
1. To create new tags in bulk and assign tag types you should define the new tag data in a .csv file.
1a. The create .csv should use the following format to work successfully.
2. Upload/Drag and drop your .csv in order to start the upload process.
2a. You will be asked to map the tag upload data to commence the bulk tag creation process.
3. Your data will be verified for creation and you will receive a notification of any issues.
4. You will receive a summary email once your tag creation process has been completed.
- Remove Tags:
NOTE: Incorrectly using this feature has the potential to 'break' your scheduling process by accidentally removing tags that are actively being used within your scheduling process. We ask that Super Admins use this feature carefully!
1. To remove tags in bulk you should first outline the tag you wish removed in a .csv file.
1a. The remove .csv should use the following format to work successfully.
2. Upload/Drag and drop your .csv in order to start the bulk removal process.
2a. You will be asked to map the tag upload data to commence the upload process.
3. Your data will be verified for upload and you will receive a notification of any issues.
4. You will receive a summary email once your upload has been completed.
USERS:
- Upload User Titles and LinkedIn URLs:
NOTE: You can upload either Templates OR Titles OR both at the same time via this process!
NOTE ESPECIALLY: If your IT dept. adds employee titles on your company directory Titles will already be automatically pulled into your team member profiles. If the field is blank you can add a team member Titles via this bulk upload process. If you choose to upload Titles in this manner it will STOP GoodTime from automatically pulling any future titles from your company directory.
1. To upload interviewer Titles and/or LinkedIn URLs in bulk you must first add this data to be uploaded into a .csv file.
1a. Your Tag and Title upload .csv should use the following format to upload successfully.
2. Upload/Drag and drop your .csv to start the upload process.
2a. You will be asked to map the Title and LinkedIn URL upload data to commence the upload process.
