TL;DR: The GoodTime High Volume tool has been built to support the automatic translation of any system messages so that candidates are able to experience the complete High Volume scheduling workflow in their native language.
We believe it was important to build this functionality as a foundational feature given the fact that remote work has lead to many companies having an increasingly globalized workforce.
Furthermore, GoodTime High Volume's ability to support WhatsApp allows for customers to seamlessly engage candidates on the other side of the globe right on their cell phones. Noting that WhatsApp is a preferred messaging platform in many APAC and EMEA countries it was only logical for GoodTime to alos provide multi-langue support within the High Volume and Request Availability features.
