TL;DR: GoodTime Autopilot allows for you to add variables, emoji and attachments into to your messages (yes we're talking SMS and WhatsApp) as well as email templates to further personalize them and share greater context with your candidates. The easiest way to insert a variable, emoji or attachment is via the High Volume Quick Menu. The Autopilot Quick menu is identified by a small lightning bolt icon and allows you to access the following:
Find the Autopilot Quick Menu here:
Variables:
What are variables? whenever you see text within your message or interview templates within a yellow bubble (can also be triggered by typing a '$' dollar sign) this is a variable. Variables allow you to dynamically pull information from within your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to further personalize your message and interview templates. For example:
(Candidate.FirstName) = The candidates first name (as listed in their ATS profile)
Emoji:
Who doesn't love an emoji? 🤩 Those whimsical little pictographs that help you convey the messages you can't quite put into words! By clicking on the Autopilot 'Quick Menu' lightning bolt you can easily add (any Apple standard emoji) into your Autopilot message and interview templates.
Images:
The GoodTime Autopilot tool allows for candidates to send images via their message thread with your recruiting team. This can allow for candidates to photograph and send documentation (licenses, diplomas, etc.) directly to your team in support of their job application/interview process.
File Attachments:
You are able to send various files types via the GoodTime Autopilot tool. The most common use case would be to share interview prep documentation with candidates, or perhaps to share a take-home assessment document.
Gif's:
Seeing as we went to all the effort of making, files, images and emoji sharable within GoodTime High Volume it didn't seemed only logical add .gif's to the list! Besides, who doesn't love a good gif?
