TL;DR: To streamline the scheduling process GoodTime is able to pull the details of your hiring teams as listed within your Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  Depending upon the specific ATS you use, there are some minor variations regarding the information we can see and pull into your GoodTime scheduling flow.  The following table provides a summary of the hiring team import by ATS. 

Once imported, you will see the hiring team appear in the interview side panel for the Request Availability and Schedule Now workflows.  NOTE: Regardless of the individuals GoodTime imports into this hiring team panel you can ALWAYS update these fields within GoodTime to best reflect the interview to be scheduled.

Greenhouse Hiring Team Import:

Recruiter

• Recruiter will be imported from the Candidate's profile page → Details Tab
• If the candidate doesn't have a recruiter assigned, the recruiter with the "Recruiting tasks" will be chosen.
  • Can be found in Job Setup → Hiring Team page.
• If no recruiter has the "Recruiting tasks", an arbitrary recruiter will be picked.

Coordinator

• Coordinator will typically be imported from the Candidate's profile page → Details Tab
  
• If the candidate doesn't have a coordinator assigned the coordinator with the "Scheduling tasks" in Job Setup → Hiring Team page will be imported
• If no coordinator has the "Scheduling tasks", an arbitrary coordinator will be picked.
• If there is no coordinator assigned at the 'Job Setup' OR 'Candidate Profile' level then GoodTime will assign the current GoodTime user as the coordinator.

Hiring Manager

• Job Setup → Hiring Team page, an arbitrary Hiring Manager will be picked

Sourcer

• Job Setup → Hiring Team page, an arbitrary sourcer will be picked

Lever Hiring Team Import:

Recruiter

• In the job posting page, posting owner is imported as recruiter

Hiring Manager

• In the job posting page, Hiring manager is imported. NOTE: this is NOT the Requisition hiring manager
  

Coordinator and Sourcer are not imported

• Lever does not allow GoodTime to import either a Coordinator or Sourcer
• BEST PRACTICE is to always assign yourself as the 'Coordinator' within GoodTime if you are the individual conducting the scheduling.

Workday Hiring Team Import:

Recruiter and Hiring Manager listed in the job req page is imported.

Coordinator and Sourcer are not imported

SmartRecruiters Hiring Team Import:  

Recruiter

• In Job details → Hiring Process, an arbitrary user listed as recruiter will be imported.

Coordinator

• In Job details → Hiring Process, an arbitrary user listed as coordinator will be imported.

Hiring Manager

• In Job details → Hiring Process, an arbitrary user listed as hiring manager will be imported.

Sourcer

• A sourcer is NOT imported as SmartRecruiter does not have this recruiting team option available.

Jobvite Hiring Team Import:

Recruiter

• In Job details → Recruiters, primary recruiter will be imported.

Hiring Manager

• In Job details → Hiring Manager, primary hiring manager will be imported.

Coordinator and Sourcer are not imported
