This article is to explain who receives notifications when an Interviewer declines an interview for which they are scheduled.
If an Interviewer declines the email, the person who selects "Send As" and Confirms the interview will receive the email notification.
Ex. Interviewer, Lisa Le, declined an interview. Recruiting Coordinator, Sally Harada, marked Send As = Coordinator: Sally Harada
- Since the Recruiting Coordinator, Sally Harada elected "Send As Recruiting Coordinator, Sally Harada", Sally Harada will receive the email if an Interviewer declines.
Ex. Interviewer, Terence Richardson, declined an interview. Recruiting Coordinator, Sally Harada selected Send As = Recruiter, Jojo Antonelli
- If the Recruiting Coordinator, Sally Harada sends the confirmation email on behalf of the Recruiter, Jojo Antonelli, then RC Sally will still receive the notification but it will come from the Jojo, the Recruiter.
Additionally, whoever scheduled will receive an email from Google calendar that the an interviewer has declined.
Within the dashboard, you will also see a Conflict and a Decline notification with a red check next to the interviewer's name.
