Interviewers added to scheduled meetings in GoodTime as “optional” will have the following characteristics.
- They will not appear in calendar event descriptions sent externally, unless they are the only interviewer included in the meeting. They will, however appear in calendar events sent internally to your interview team.
- Their calendar availability will be considered by GoodTime when looking for an optimal schedule, however if all other parties are available and they are not they will be left-off the scheduled interview so it can be booked (their lack of availability will not prevent scheduling).
- They may have GoodTime meetings scheduled over pre-existing, but unaccepted, events in their calendar (that is any event marked as “Maybe” or not yet accepted).
- They will not get a notification reminder from your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to fill out a scorecard, however they will receive a link to complete a feedback form in their calendar invitation.
