TL;DR: This guide is a step-by-step process on how to integrate WebEx with GoodTime. Please note, your admin must have a WebEx Administration account to have API credentials.
GoodTime utilizes the WebEx API to do the following:

Create WebEx meeting links so that the recruiting team can generate and include the links inside of interview calendar events.

Edit and update existing WebEx meetings so that the meeting start time can be updated during reschedules.
Create a WebEx Login Access and Add it to GoodTime

Create a WebEx Admin id for GoodTime under User Management in the Webex Administration page.

Type the WebEx Id/username you just created below as the WebEx Id and the password as password. (see last screen shot)

Click on Site Information in the WebEx Administration page and look for the Site Id field in the Site Information table. Copy and paste that to the Site Id field in the form below. (See screenshots below for navigation)

Finally, set the Service URL to your WebEx URL (As an example, if your WebEx URL is https://goodtime.webex.com, the URL placed in the Service URL below would be https://goodtime.webex.com). The https is required.
